Our Promise
California Green Cleantm is committed to 100% client satisfaction. From the time you place your initial information call to scheduling our first service for you, to maintaining your long term account we will do our best to make you happy. We will strive to answer the phone ourselves, no answering machine or voice mail.
If we miss your call during business hours We will make every attempt to return your call the same day. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule during the hours of 8:30 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays by being at your home within a prearranged window of time. |

As far as our housekeepers, they will be vetted for honesty and drug abuse. They will be friendly, professional and meticulous in the pursuit of your Green cleaned home. Part of the California Green Clean experience is sending you the same housekeeper every cleaning. This allows you to the opportunity to know and become comfortable with your housekeeper.
